Re: Tibor Gasparik vs. Stony Brook University
CV 05-3817 (SJF/ARL)
Your Honor, Magistrate Judge Lindsay:
I am the Plaintiff pro se in the above captioned case against the Defendant, Stony Brook University, and this letter is to remind you to issue an order in response to the Plaintiff’s appeal submitted on April 4, 2006 (docketed entry
#28). The appeal contains supplementary information to the Plaintiff’s motion to compel production of documents relating to a “probe users” meeting, submitted to the Court on March 14, 2006 (docketed entry
#24), and requested in your order from March 30, 2006 (docketed entry
#27). Thus, the appeal was submitted to the Court within the 10-day period required by the law. Since you did not mention this appeal during the telephone conference held on April 18, 2006, it occurred to the Plaintiff that you might have overlooked it. Wherefore, the Plaintiff respectfully asks that you consider the supplementary information in the said appeal, reconsider the tentative denial of the original request, and issue an order compelling the Defendant to produce the requested documents.
Thank you in advance for your kind attention to this matter.
Respectfully yours,
Tibor Gasparik
Plaintiff pro se and
