I am plaintiff pro se, Tibor Gasparik, in the above captioned case against the defendant, Stony Brook University. The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention that the defendant has not responded to my proposal from June 5, 2006, to participate in the mediation program available at the Eastern District of New York pursuant Local Civil Rule 83.11. Wherefore, I respectfully ask that you issue an order compelling the defendant to participate in the said mediation program.
